Using natural gas makes it possible for environmentally conscious consumers to participate in the “green” power market.

Comfort Plus Green Homes

To further encourage the conservation of energy and at the same time provide the highest degree of comfort for our customers, ESP has developed the concept of home design and construction known as Comfort Plus Homes. Now we have added the Comfort Plus Green Home program.

To receive the Comfort Plus Green designation, a new home must comply with the Florida Model Energy Code and the Comfort Plus standards, plus the installation of at least two Energy Star rated appliances (one being the tankless water heater).

As part of the Comfort Plus Green concept, ESP also recommends the use of a radiant barrier and Low-E energy-efficient windows.
