Opening Your ESP Account
ESP wants to serve you, and we want to make it as convenient as possible to start your natural gas service. It's easy to open your ESP account. Just visit our Customer Service Center at City Hall, 180 Governmental Center - parking and entrance are accessible from Reus Street. When you open an account, you will need the following:
- An acceptable form of identification.
- A $40 fee for establishing service, plus tax and franchise fees.
Our customer representative will be happy to assist you in making arrangements. Take note of the account number we will give you.
To avoid delays, have your account number handy when you call with any questions, requests or problems concerning your natural gas service.
