ESP's Pilot Lighting Service
Some customers choose to turn off their home heating systems during the warm Florida summer, but they certainly want their heating systems ready again when the next winter arrives. ESP is more than happy to help.
From September 15 to October 31, you can request an ESP service representative to come to your home and relight your pilot lights. Call 850-474-5300 any weekday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. After October 31, there is a charge of $20 plus tax and franchise fee. Someone 18 years of age will need to be at home for our scheduled visit. If you have an inactive account, avoid delays by reactivating your account before calling for service.
Other than pilot lighting and initial inspections when service is activated, ESP does not offer service or repairs on any natural gas appliances. Should you require such services, Please be sure you choose a reputable, licensed, professional natural gas service contractor.
